Analytical and chromatographic capabilities — normal- and reverse-phase chromatography, preparative HPLC, mass-directed preparative HPLC and semi-preparative SFC. Our platform also supports the characterization and purification of complex modalities, including macrocycles, peptides, proteins, bioconjugates and ADCs, using techniques such as SEC-HPLC, HIC and MS-based characterization.
Mass spectrometry — LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, MALDI-TOF MS and high-resolution Q-ToF MS.
NMR — 400 MHz and benchtop NMR.
Spectroscopy — FT-IR and UV-Vis.
Physicochemical characterization — pKa, Log P, Log D, solubility, water content, pH, conductivity and electrochemical properties.

By combining complementary analytical techniques such as NMR, (U)HPLC-MS, and HPLC-PDA, our team assesses compound identity and purity before delivery. Each compound is delivered with a reliable Certificate of Analysis (CoA) providing analytical information.
